Fitness means being healthy , strong , and active . It’s not just about looking good , it’s about feeling good from inside, when you are fit , you can do daily activities easily without feeling tired .
Fitness matters because it keeps us stay energetic all day , keep our heart and body strong , avoid health problems like high blood pressure and diabetes, it also helps us to get a better sleep at night , you don’t need a GYM to stay fit , you can do other activities to stay fit
Walking or jogging for 20-30 minutes a day , doing simple stretches or yoga , eating healthy food , drinking water and having a 7-8 hours sleep .
10 minutes of a daily movement is better than doing nothing.
